If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information.

2.1 Product Information

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our Service. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

2.2 Antique and Vintage Items

Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, all products sold through our Service are unique and may have signs of age, wear, or previous repairs. We provide detailed descriptions and photographs of each item, but minor imperfections, variations, or signs of age may not always be visible in photographs or noted in descriptions.

All sales are final unless an item is substantially different from its description or photographs. See our Return Policy for more details.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide and offer international shipping for select items. Shipping rates vary based on item size, weight, and destination. Estimated shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Due to the unique nature and varying sizes of our inventory, delivery times may vary. We will provide estimated delivery timeframes, but these are not guaranteed. Large or fragile items may require special shipping arrangements or white glove delivery services at additional cost.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the unique nature of antique and vintage items, all sales are final unless:

• The item is substantially different from its description or photographs
• The item arrives damaged due to improper packaging
• The item is not as represented in terms of condition, age, or authenticity

If any of these circumstances apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement (if available), or refund.

For approved returns:

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
• Original packaging must be used whenever possible
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply for certain items

Custom orders, specially sourced items, and items noted as "no returns" cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Services

In addition to selling products, we offer various services including restoration, appraisal, custom sourcing, and white glove delivery. These services are subject to additional terms:

5.1 Restoration Services

All restoration work requires a written estimate approval before work begins. Time estimates are provided but not guaranteed due to the unique nature of each project. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to begin restoration work, with the balance due upon completion.

5.2 Appraisal Services

Appraisals are provided for informational purposes only and represent our professional opinion of an item's value. We do not guarantee that any item will sell for the appraised value. Appraisal fees are non-refundable.

5.3 Custom Sourcing

Custom sourcing services require a non-refundable search fee. If we locate an item meeting your specifications, a deposit will be required to secure the item. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to purchase the item after it has been sourced.

6. User Representations

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Service
• You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Forgotten Find and its licensors.
